Each part of this skull and horns combo was designed in Blender, 3D printed & fused. Then it was finished, and attached to zentai suit elements to create a movable, functional, comfortable wear for my cosplayer. The horns were 2′ long and every aspect was primed, painted & finished by hand. The movable separate jaw system allowed for talking and biting motions.
